Richwoods academy

Richwoods Academy for Sports and Academic Excellence (RWA) is a multi-sports and academics afterschool facility in Frisco, Texas.

We aim to encourage competitive and recreational athletes to excel in their sport of choice. The Academy also blends academics and the curriculum, ensuring coverage from ISDs with experienced teachers from Plano/Frisco/McKinney ISD.

Our focus is to provide the right emphasis on learning skills and an opportunity for each individual to develop these skills geared to each child’s stage and pace of readiness and development; we will strive to ensure each child can flourish with the philosophy developed by Maria Montessori.

The Afterschool Program

Our Montessori program runs from 7:00 am -to 6:00 pm and accepts registrations for kids aged 18 months to 5 years. Our after-school program offers pickup from nearby elementary schools for kids 5 years to -12 years old. The afterschool program provides kids pickup and drop service transportation, healthy snacks, customized tutoring, and options to join sports like martial arts, basketball, tennis, cricket, art, and dance, all under one roof by our coaches and instructors.
