YogaSix is a fun, empowering, and energizing modern yoga studio! We have six core classes: Hot Power, Sculpt & Flow, Slow Flow, 101, and Restore. We provide a full sensory experience from the lights, the sounds, to the way the teacher guides you through class.

Our six core classes
101: This class is for beginners or those who want to get back into practice. Designed to develop strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina.
Slow Flow: This class is at a slower pace, which gives you time to explore postures & transitions. It helps build confidence for newer students and refine fundamentals of alignment for experienced students.
Restore: This class makes use of predominantly floor-based postures to open and release the major muscle groups of the body. A great counter-class for those that have been doing higher exertion classes or activities outside of the studio—this class is also great for beginners or those with a more sedentary lifestyle.
Hot: This class gives a guaranteed experience with the “greatest hits” of yoga in this well-balanced sequence in a hot room. Beginners get the opportunity to build confidence and comfort by revisiting postures. While seasoned yogis get a challenging practice where they can track personal progress.
Power: This class builds focus, endurance, & flexibility in a heated room. It is taught at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative, & energizing. Beginners can test their sea legs as the tempo increases, play around with arm balances and binds, and grow in their practice. While seasoned yogis get a challenging practice where they can work on accessing more challenging postures and transitions
Sculpt & Flow: This class is has power yoga to warm up, dynamic HIIT-style workout in the middle, and yoga to stretch out and cool down. People who take this class want a high energy, kick butt, non-stop
